1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of food products such as dry fruits and edible items, returns are generally not accepted unless:

• The product received is damaged

• The wrong product was delivered

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

3. Refunds

If a return request is approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened food items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

5. Shipping Policy 
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered across India within 3–7 business days depending on location.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout and tracking details are shared after dispatch.
